Prices per service & package deals are available

 

▪       Consultation --- $25 hr. ( Meeting with you to discuss the event details for a full package event.)

▪       Coordinator --- $ 750 & up depending on event size, month, and duration of planning the event.  (Does not include the non-refundable fee $150 - $350) 

▪       Invitations ---- $ 50 min. Prices vary depending on amount, type and design. Digital are Free for Text and Email (Does not include the nonrefundable deposit of 15% of total cost)  

▪       Decorating the Event ---- $250 min. depends on event, amount of guest & the size of the venue. The use of decorations I have in stock comes with the package. Linen such as tablecloths, table runners & chair covers can be rented from other vendors if I don’t have the colors needed in stock. (Does not include the non-refundable fee of $100)  This package doesn’t include Backdrops. Backdrop prices are below and will be added as addition fee.

▪       Candy Buffet/Treat Bags --- $6 per guest for 2-3 candy selections, $8 per guest for 4-6 Candy selections & $10 per guest for the deluxe candy buffet with 7+ candy selections. For specialty candy such as whole candy bars, personalized candy & Peanut M& M’s, Snickers, etc. it will be an additional $2 per person.  A 50 ct. guest minimum or $150 minimum is required for all candy buffets. (Does not include the non-refundable deposit of $75)

▪       Tablecloth/ Linen Rental ----$8 per Black or White tablecloths any size, Royal Blue and Silver Tablecloths all sizes $9 per tablecloth (There is a refundable $50 deposit due at time of rental. This will be returned to you upon return of table clothes in same condition you received them.)

▪       Tablecloths/ Linen are due back within 48 hours/2days after rental. Everyday after that there will be $5 charge per day.

▪       Balloon Arch/Décor - $75min. (5ft) $8 per extra foot. Balloon Columns $80 each column with 6ft max(There is a non-refundable set up fee of $50 included in the initial price.)

**NEW - Round Arch Backdrop - $40, Chiara Arch Backdrop - $35, Photo Backdrop - $25 Rental or Setup (Rental deposit $15) If it is used to set up a balloon or photo there will be a set up fee of $20 included in pricing at time of booking.

▪       Chargers --- $1 per charger (décor plate holders) There is a refundable $25 deposit due at time of rental. This will be returned to you upon return of all chargers in same condition you received them.) Chargers are due back within 48 hours/2days after rental. Every day after that there will be $5 charge per day.

▪       Vases – $2 per glass vase (There is a $50 refundable deposit due at the time of rental. This will be returned up on all Vases returned in same condition you received them.)

▪       T-Shirts for Themed Event only – Adult $20, Children $15, Toddlers and younger $5 Birthday girl or guy, boy or girl shirt is Free. ($15 dollar deposit goes toward total price)

**NEW - 3D Letters for Rent $30 per letter. (There is a $25 deposit fee towards the total rental fee to secure your event usage date) No deposit if included in decoration package.

▪       Sashes - $2 per sash limited colors available

There are also special’s depending on the time frame you book your event in advance.

Booking an event too close to the Event’s date will incur increase in all service prices listed.
